2 Magento developers Uttam and Dmitry working in an IT company are trying to create a payment system in Magento not following PCI standards.
And as they know that they are doing something wrong, so instead of coding it themselves, they want others to take the blame for this mistake.

In this chat message he is asking another developer to create fake shopping carts and then do credit card transactions. Such that the order should get placed one after another within a few seconds after placing the first order. This way the customer will be charged 2 times. But the order will be created only once in Magento.
I think that we need to work on using the basic features of Magento as a website with shopping carts only. For more complex integrations, and multiple devices and form factor support, different domains and systems should be used.
Trying to expect a lot from just one shopping cart software is an “overkill” and should be avoided.
