In this audio recording, Miss Divya MIshra who is the head of this Gang, is asking housemaker Mrs Jagriti Mishra and her family to demand Ransom from the father of Mr. Saksham Dwivedi(12 year old boy) or themselves give this money.
– Pay 1.5 lakh as school fees for living a lavish life in expensive city Mumbai
– Change the name on the Death certificate, so that they can get all the Insurance Money
– No need to do any job, once they get the Insurance Money
– I do not have any profit, this is ransom for the child kidnapping.
– Pay separate money for his living
– Mr. Saksham Dwivedi’s Father is shameless
– Pinku (Mr. Vinay Upadhyay) whose name is being taken in this phone call has assisted her in this kidnap and fleeing to Mumbai after Kidnapping.
– Other people collectively referred as (Bhaiya) are the ones, who have also assisted in fleeing away of this kid to Mumbai from his house in Lucknow. Their names are:-
1.) (Mr. Vinay Tiwari) alias(Munna) – resident of Ballia, also Government School teacher
2.) (Mr Ashutosh Mishra) – resident of Ballia
3.) (Mr Tarkeshwar Mishra) resident of Gorakhpur, and ex Railways Employee
Reality is that she has Kidnapped Mr. Saksham Dwivedi, without consulting and agreement from anyone in the house where he was staying in Lucknow before his Mother’s demise. And using rogue U.P. police and assistance from the above gang members, the kid was kidnapped to Mumbai. And now she along with gang members are threatening Mrs Jagriti and their family to pay ransom directly or indirectly.
