Delivery Boy deliberately commits FSSAI violation

This video is shared to highlight what the delivery boy from Big basket company has done to a customer.

In the rainy season, we know that water and mud makes the floor dirty easily. But he forcefully delivers edible items on a filthy ground next to a Sewer Manhole. We can see in this video that initially the customer is observing what the delivery boy is doing while delivery. But when the customer watches him keeping the edible items on the floor, so for health safety reasons, he tries to stop him and runs to get a bag, so that he can avoid the food from getting bad.

But this delivery boy does not care about the food’s cleanliness and its hygiene. And he threatens the customer that I will do what I want, and take pictures also. 

This is a clear violation of  the FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) in food distribution in Lucknow U.P.

Later when he is finished keeping the edible items on the floor, he stands up and takes the picture of the customer’s naked feet, and shows him with an insulting gesture. 

The customer is frustrated at this behaviour of the delivery boy due to the below reasons:-

– He delivers the items late by 50 min from the scheduled time and has no sense of regret that there is a delay

– Then he soils the edible items deliberately by keeping them on the dirty floor, next to a stinking sewer manhole.

– He takes a picture of the customer’s naked feet with an insulting gesture, and says I am taking a picture of the products.

– In this case the customer was civilized, so he only shared the video on a blog post. However if the delivery boy had encountered an uncivilized customer. Then the story could have been completely different.
