What can be and cannot be done ?

Below is the picture of a man who has gone top less and taken his pants off in front of everyone in the middle of the street pavement near CMS, Gomtinagar Lucknow chauraha to urinate.

People passing nearby are shocked to see this incident. Please note that fortunately or unfortunately there is also a traffic policeman, who is watching something on his mobile. But he may or may not be aware of what this powerful man is doing.

Why is he powerful? (according to him)

One parameter that has been used to measure the power for anything is called horsepower or HP. The more HP you have, it will give you more power. Let’s apply this logic on the street.

2-Wheeler (Bike, scooter) – May generally have HP around 10 to 20
4-Wheeler (Cars) – Has slightly more HP from say 30 to 300.
Trucks – Even more

So to control the movement of vehicles on the streets, the traffic policeman should be considered more powerful. As he can start or stop vehicles movement in different directions. Lets replace vehicles with horse power. Or the equivalent number of horses. So he should be able to use technology, intelligence and his strength to control an even higher number of horses(animals).

But still they have not been able to control the actions of this Naked person on the street. Is it because the naked person is more powerful than him?

Secondly, what could be the reason for this naked person to perform such an act in public:-

– He is mentally disturbed or retarded
– He is mentally ok, but still doing this on purpose, because he does not care about this society or world due to x,y,z reasons.

 In either of the above cases, he is setting an example of what can be done and cannot be done in broad daylight with no fear, guilt, regret, shame, self-respect or respect for another person including kids.

Some special kids in the younger generation may wrongly infer this incident. That people around him are very weak and timid, including the policemen. Hence he is more powerful than others. Because later he will use this action as a proof, to intimidate people easily around him. Moreover according to him, he can do bigger things which requires lot of courage and hard work (according to him).

But that is not true. The younger generation will have to understand that this act does not show courage or power. It is a shameful act!
