Our Famous Mr. Sachchida Nand Patel from GST department Lucknow U.P. has sent another Notice ASMT-10 to a company.
Documented Problems so far:-
1. Tax has already been paid. Yes, second time again. Because I was threatened by the GST department, that they will go to court and face even harsher punishment.
2. We calculate the tax interest based on “Section 50 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (‘the CGST Act’ or “the Act”)”
But the GST department calculated interest equal to the principal amount or shear Hate towards someone. Listen to this recording from April 2025.
You can hear in this recording that he has not used any formula, but just increased the amount to 7000, which magically equals 8119.
So according to the GST department Rs 7000 = Rs 8119. Hence we will not refund anything.
3. Now, in August 2025 they have started looking into GST 2021-22 returns. And now calculated
Rs. 1950 (Tax Liability) > Rs 5138 (Tax Paid) (In words One thousand fifty rupees is MORE THAN Five thousand one hundred thirty eight rupees).
or 1950 + Hate = 5138
It means, Hate = Any value to beat the value on the right hand side.
So you need to pay GST again. How much GST ? Well this is where the 3rd loop hole of GST comes into play. “There is no Law to prevent unauthorized collection of tax from the officer. It is a moot topic.” (Refer to my previous blog).
So this Hate value can be anything like Rs 5000, Rs 10000 or even more, depending on hate.
Hence Hate is the biggest number in Maths.
So they do not do or use any maths, or try any formulas from the book, and speak/act on hunches and hate. When I hold this thought, then I can see that the math is adding up now. I did not realize that, hate was the biggest number. And I am always failing to generate the same number that the GST department expects from me. So, no matter how logical arguments or sections from the GST books, I may present. Hate will never accept that to be true or equal to them. Hate has more weight. But on the brighter side, I learnt something.
But no matter how tough scrutiny of GST returns is done by the hard working GST officers, and no matter how high GST is being charged on law abiding people. Still, the use of excessive power will lead to your own poverty. They still cannot change their future as they wish. There is a saying, “you will reap as you sow”. This hatred towards others will come back to them from society in different forms, because the soul has no boundaries. And it lives in a higher dimension recording every action of yours.
There is no such thing as “Free-Will”. It is an illusion. It means that whatever decisions we take, we are not free to decide and it was taken by some other higher force in another dimension.
Our destiny is decided even before we are born by the forces of higher dimension.
You can never alter anyone’s destiny.
