Danger on Pedestrian street of CMS, Gomtinagar, Lucknow U.P.

Here is a picture and video of a person driving a 2-wheeler without a helmet and at a very high speed on the cycle-path which is meant for only people with bicycles or pedestrians. 

This is very dangerous for small kids near CMS school, Gomtinagar.
